Everything was perfect. The driver arrived well ahead of time, had a child seat (as requested) and even brought along a baby carrier, though we had our own. The car was very clean, and the driver was friendly and unobtrusive. Overall, a positive experience and a great start to our vacation.

Communication, information, and coordination with the company via WhatsApp were excellent, and we were reliably picked up at Vienna Airport even though our flight was almost an hour late. How can I book my airport taxi?
All bookings must be made in advance. The easiest way is to call us or send an SMS to +43 676 407 1081. You can also use our secure online booking form, or message us on WhatsApp, Viber or Signal.
Why is it better to book an airport taxi instead of a normal taxi?
Vienna Airport Cab offers fixed rates, so the price does not increase due to traffic or congestion. Our prices are charged per vehicle, not per passenger, giving you a transparent and predictable price for your airport transfer.
What type of car can I choose?
We assign the car by the number of passengers and the amount of luggage, so it can't be chosen in advance. All our cars are comfortable and well kept: sedan for up to 3 passengers and 2 suitcases, station wagon for 3–4 passengers and 3 suitcases, mini-van for 4–8 passengers and 6 suitcases.
What payment methods do you offer?
You pay the driver directly, in cash or by credit card. Credit card payments have a €3 fee.
Where do I meet the driver at the airport?
Our driver will contact you after landing to arrange the meeting point. With Meet & Greet, the driver waits with your name in the arrivals hall, on the right in front of the Airport Services desk.
How do I find the driver when travelling to the airport?
Your driver will come to pick you up at your desired address, as agreed when you booked.
What should I do if I can't find my driver?
That shouldn't happen. If it does, call us at +43 676 407 1081 or +43 676 786 1065 (5:00 am – 10:00 pm) and our team will help you right away.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We never charge for flight delays. We track your new arrival time and pick you up when you land.
Can I book extra waiting time at the airport?
Yes, but please say exactly how much when you book – there is no free waiting time.
Are there extra costs if the driver waits on the way to the airport?
The first 8 minutes are free. After that, we charge €10 for each further 10 minutes.
Pickup from a hotel?
Please wait in front of the hotel for your driver.
Is eating or drinking allowed in the airport taxi?
No, eating and drinking are not allowed during the ride.
Is smoking allowed in the taxi?
No, smoking is not allowed in our cars.
Can I bring pets in the airport taxi?
Yes, in a pet carrier in the boot. The surcharge is €15 per ride.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes, by email or phone. Rides between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm can be changed or cancelled up to 2 hours before; rides between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am up to 8 hours before.
